In December 2013 Maynooth Library celebrated 30 years
The Team behind Do Fish Wear Pyjamas were invited to workshop 2 group's of 6th Class students from Maynooth about what the Library meant to them. The boys made up "The right destination" and the girls made up "Shanquilla - the Slinky, Slanky, Slumpy Sloth". This project was used as a bit of fun and focused on the weird and wonderful places Books and reading take us.
The Poem workshops were facilitated by Mario Corrigan
and the final poems were illustrated by David Butler.
